Las Vegas, NV- Pandemonium broke out at the Caligula Casino and Hotel when a convention of pony girl trainers mistook a meeting hall full of famous women for their submissive charges.

A reception of several dozen women from the international Women Honoring Our Artistic Achievers (WHOAA) was disrupted when the men burst into the room and began dragging them off. Numerous women were forcibly stripped to their underwear, then harnessed and bridled by their unsuspecting captors. Those who fought back were subdued with cattle prods and horsewhips before meeting the same fate. A few who managed to escape through an emergency exit, but were quickly lassoed and hogtied and hauled back to the hotel.

Bystanders who witnessed the event stated later that they merely thought it was just another example of the hedonism and outrageousness that the city is famous for. Hotel staff, when questioned by police, confessed that there was a mix-up, as they had been unaware that the busloads of women from nearby brothels, intended for the pony girl conventioneers, had been delayed due to engine problems. Cell phone messages from the drivers had not been passed on to the trainers or most of the hotel workers.

Organizers of the pony girl convention had apparently mistaken the women's achiever acronym (WHOAA) for a pony rider's command, and had assumed that the women's resistance was all part of the role-playing.

The women, who included famous actresses, supermodels, and recording artists, were subjected to several hours of near-naked pony girl training, punishments, cart-pulling, and mock auctions before the mix-up was straightened out. Aside from the humiliation, the physical injuries were mostly minor, involving bruises and welts from riding crops and whips, and sore rectums from butt plug ponytails that had been forcibly inserted. A few, however, had been pierced in various areas, permanently branded, or had had their heads shaved into manes. At least three or four of the women remain missing and unaccounted for.

Not only were the women forced to perform degrading and submissive acts for much of the night, but crowds of tourists were witness to the spectacle, and it is thought that hundreds-- if not thousands-- of photographs and videos were taken of their ordeal. Surprisingly, none of the women have pressed charges, and most did not seem particularly traumatized by their brutal treatment.
