2.5 Harnessed

The following day, the training began again. The mornings were devoted to endurance training, the afternoons with teaching proper, namely to learn pony-girl behaviour and manœuvres, like how to greet, how to balance on one leg and so forth.

One day she was harnessed for the first time. For that, Blaise brought out the leather harness which he had had manufactured specially. It was a kind of leather corset, which was secured by straps at the back, open at the front above the waist, leaving the udders free and short at the back, giving access to the rump. On the sides, fetters allowed her trainer to fix her arms and to immobilize them, but still allowing the filly to hold the shafts of the carriage.

Blaise put the harness on her and adjusted it, tightening it firmly to ensure that nothing could come undone. Then he went to fetch a kind of leather headdress, also made of thin straps, which left her mane and ears free but equipped with two small leather blinkers, to ensure that the girl paid proper attention. Just below the blinkers, on each side of the chin were two large rings whose purpose at first puzzled Louise.

Blaise lead her to the garage. In addition to the cars, this contained a number of horse-drawn carriages, ranging from a light gig made out of carbon fibre to a wooden two-horse coach intended for a coachman and two passengers. Blaise chose a light wooden four-wheeled brougham with rather long shafts and no hood, intended for one person.

He harnessed the girl easily. The shafts were positioned perfectly to fit Louise who griped the handles which Blaise fixed to her wrists with straps. A leather belt around her waist carried further straps, which were, buckled both forwards and backwards to the shafts on each side.

Louise realised that she and the carriage were as one. Any movement she made caused the carriage to move also. Even if she let go of the shafts altogether, her wrist straps together with the belt straps were the main transmitter of her strength to the carriage.

Now Blaise brought out the reins, which he passed through the rings on each side of her head before leading the ends and clipping them to her nipple-rings. A tug on the rein caused the leather to pull both her head by the rings but also, more importantly her sensitive breasts as the clips pulled at her nipple rings. Thus her direction was assured.

Then, arming himself with a long fine whip, he stepped into the brougham. When he did so, Louise did not feel the weight of the man and could with ease maintain her grip on the shafts of the carriage. A tap of the whip against her buttock accompanied by a gruff “walk on” ordered to her to start.

Blaise was not a light man, and to get the brougham moving required a hard effort. On the other hand once the carriage moved off, it rolled easily on its large wheels without much effort on the part of the filly. He made her come out of the courtyard and walk towards the track, directing her the while by small tugs on the rings from her breasts, awakening there a pain which, not having completely disappeared since the piercing of her nipples, caused a swift reaction from the filly.

Arriving at the track he made her trot. The girl, accustomed by now to her shoes, changed pace at once. Blaise with small blows of the whip gradually made her accelerate and soon they were moving at a good speed.

Louise seemed at ease. She suffered a little from the swinging of her breasts, which tended to slap from side to side but she took care to remain quite upright to minimise these inevitable and painful movements.

He made her take two turns of the large track, finishing with a good sharp pace, the girl almost at the gallop. He drew firmly on the reins from her breasts, which caused her immediately to stop. He got down and considered her: Even if she was puffing, he was proud of her and made a lengthy fuss of her before again beginning the drive at a more reasonable speed. He was content: this filly was exceptional. Flexible, powerful, good endurance, but also elegant, she would be a great success. His mistress would be delighted and probably would make him enter competitions with her.

Louise also felt good, proud of herself, useful. She also waited for the day when she would be shown in public. But there was still much to do.

The days passed peacefully, entirely devoted to developing and training Louise, until at the end of two weeks she was fast becoming a new girl, with the pony side of her becoming more and more evident. Physically she was stronger. Her muscles had developed, particularly her thigh muscles. Her food was carefully regulated, she had been taken off fats and now her whole body was firmer. The piercings for her nipple rings were now completely healed and the rings themselves sat well in her flesh behind the nipples and whenever necessary for the race or the manœuvre could withstand quite sharp pulls, although, as was their purpose, they still hurt Louise.

In her behaviour too she was becoming more pony-like. All was now reflex. It was enough for a light tap of the whip on a buttock or nipple and the filly obeyed instantly. Her driver was thus able to make her perform difficult manœuvres, to turn precisely and to give lightning-fast but nevertheless flexible acceleration. Her personal carriage was splendid. She trotted elegantly and with her firm and out-thrust bosom and her smooth and strong buttocks, her conformation was as well suited to the parade ring as to the race. She was splendid and was the pride of her Master.
