Part 4 – Race Day

Chapter 3 – The New Ponies – The Domestication Of Four Wild Ponies

The four new ponies who once had been members of the Taylor family had been left hanging despondently in a white walled stall in a stable. The ponies were still in the harnesses attached to the frames in which they had arrived, but these were not the same ponies that had been taken off the plane that morning.

An obvious difference was that each pony now supported a bandage on its left shoulder blade that covered the new PONYINATOR brand that had been laser burned into its hide to permanently mark each of the ponies as the property of PONYINATOR, INC.

The most significant changes could not be seen however. For example, what once had been a happy human family of five, a mother and father and three beautiful and talented daughters, was now five legally owned animals whose lives and destinies were in the hands of total strangers and their owners.

~ ~ ~ ~ ~

The four newly captured ponies had been kept together during their processing so that they could share the experience of being turned into livestock.

By keeping the four ponies together, the trainers at The Farm wanted to reinforce to the ponies that they were truly were going through a life altering metamorphosis from the free and independent man or woman they had been, into a captive in a large and powerful system where they were stripped of their freedom and futures, and then finally into a piece of livestock legally owned by a corporation under a secret international agreement.

By forcing the ponies’ to watch their family members go through the same metamorphosis and sharing the pain and fear with them, the trainers knew that the ponies not only would they experience their own pain and fear, but also the pain and fear of their family members undergoing the process and thereby each pony’s experience of the process would by that much more intense.

The trainers would also use the ponies experiencing the fear and pain of their family members undergoing the process, but they would also use the ponies’ experience of helplessness and desperation from their inability to help their family members or even communicate with them as they watched their family members becoming simple animals and then livestock.

The trainers also knew that new ponies often held out hope for their families or friends or the “government” to come rescue them. By keeping this group of ponies together during their initially processing, the ponies would be know there was no hope of rescue since they were all together through the process and that there was no one to come looking for them.

~ ~ ~ ~ ~

The ponies’ first destination after they were unloaded from the aircraft was the marking room where they were to be branded and thereby cease being “wild ponies”, but instead would become “domesticated ponies” and the legal property of PONYINATOR, INC.

The youngest daughter was the first pony to be branded. None of the attendants preparing the young mare for the branding process told the mare what was about to be done to it. In fact none of the attendants had even spoken around the ponies to this point. Therefore, the young mare did not know what was about to happen to it and it had not struggled noticeably as a cold jell was rubbed onto its left shoulder and the laser brander was fastened in place. Secured as it was, there was really nothing the young mare could have done to prevent the attendants from fastening the laser brander to its left shoulder, but it remained in ignorant bliss of what was in store for it a little while longer.

The young mare started as the brander began to hum, but it still did not understand what was about to be done to it. The mare cried out in shock and pain as the laser in the brander began its work of burning the colored inks into the mare’s tender flesh, permanently marking the mare with the PONYINATOR, INC. brand.

The young mare continued to cry out in fear and pain as the branding process continued to burn its old life away. At this time the mare still only knew the pain it was experiencing. It remained ignorant of what was being done to its shoulder. It was only after its dam had also been branded and the mare saw brand on its dam’s shoulder that it fully understood what had been done to its shoulder.

Even after the young mare knew that it had been branded and saw the brands on its parents and sister, the mare still did not fully comprehend all of what the brand signified. The young mare still had to learn that the brand not only marked it as the property of PONYINATOR, INC., but that the process of being branded officially ended the young mare’s previous life as a young woman and officially began its new life as a beast of burden.

The stud struggled fiercely to break free of the harness as it was forced to watch the laser brander permanently marking what once had been its youngest daughter as simple livestock. The stud did not understand what was happening its daughter, but it saw her in pain and wanted to protect her.

To prevent the stud from injuring itself, the operators injected the beast with a mild nerve toxin that froze the stud’s voluntary muscles except for its eyes. The drug did not stop the stud from feeling or thinking, as the drug on the plane had done, but it did keep the stud still and since the stud could not blink, it had been forced to helplessly watch as its youngest daughter, then its wife and finally its middle daughter had been branded and processed into their new lives as ponies.

~ ~ ~ ~ ~

Once the branding process was completed on the young mare, the operators removed the brander and stood around the mare and commented on the brand and how much better the mare looked properly branded. The other mares and the stud were able to see the brand and now all of the ponies understood the purpose of the machine and what it would do to them. At least they under stood what it would do to them physically.

The mare’s parents and sister watched as a salve was rubbed into the mare’s shoulder where the brand had been burned into its hide and a bandage was placed over the brand to aid in the brand’s healing.

As the ponies were being branded with the PONYINATOR logo, registration numbers were being assigned to the ponies so that the number could be tattooed into the inside of the ponies’ upper lips.

The device to tattoo the registration number into the young mare’s upper lip was put in place over the mare’s head and the mare was officially registered into the International Pony Registration System or IPRS. When the device had completed its work, the young mare was moved out of the operating position and the white mare took its place as the next pony to be branded.

The white skinned mare tried to struggle as the operators fastening the branding equipment to its shoulder.

The attendants ignored the mare’s futile struggles as they began discussing the worldwide registration system for ponygirls and ponyboys. The operators spoke loudly enough to ensure all of the ponies heard their comments, but they were careful not tell the ponies what their registration numbers were.

Just before the operators activated the branding apparatus on the white mare’s shoulder, the operator setting up the registration number into the registration number marker commented on the mare’s registration number to the operator who had just finished fastening the brander into place. This operator had moved to and was standing in front of the mare stroking the mare’s nose with the back of his right hand. Much to the irritation and frustration of the mare.

The man’s actions were the same as one would use to pet the muzzle of a horse.

The operator petting the mare commented back to the man at the operating panel, “A pony doesn’t need to know or care what its registration number is.”

The man moved his hand to the side of the mare’s face as he stopped petting it’s muzzle and squatting down to eye level with the mare. He smiled and nodded his head to the mare and then looking the mare in the eye and using the baby talk tone of voice that people use when talking to babies and animals, “This little pony does not need to know what its registration number is. Does it?” the man shook his head no, “No-o-o-o. This little pony just wants to be a good little pony. Right little pony?” The man nodded his head for the immobilized pony as he watched the fear and dread play over the mare’s face.

Yes! This little pony just wants to be a good pony and have its muzzle rubbed,” as he again stroked the mare’s nose.

Or maybe the little pony would like its udders and teats petted,” as the man reached under the pony and fondled the mare’s blood engorged udders. The mare continued to struggle, but was helpless as the man began to milk its udders.

Yes, I knew the little pony would enjoy this too.” The man grinned broadly at the mare.

As the man continued to message and comment on the mare’s “udders and teats”, the mare glanced in desperation over at the stud hanging motionless in a harness.

Seeing the mare’s glance, the operator looked over at the stud. Turning back to the mare, he said, “He cannot help you little pony. He cannot even help himself.”

Covertly looking to the attendant working on the registration marker, the man in front of the mare leaned in close to the mare’s left ear and whispered into the mare’s ear, “We can help you.”

The struggling mare froze as she heard the man’s words. “Was there some hope for escape after all?” the mare’s mind cried out. “No! It could not be true in this horrible place. Not after all of the things that had happened so far. It just was not possible!”

But what if it is true?” the desperate mare hoped, “What if there is some hope for escape?”

You,” the man leaned back from the mare’s head so it could see him and gestured with his head towards the other ponies hanging in the harnesses and said in a low conspiratorial voice, “all of you . . . only we can help you!” and he glanced at the man preparing the device to tattoo the registration number into the mare’s upper lip and nodded slightly to the mare.

The mare looked at the man in confusion as he told her he was there to help her. “Did he mean he would help us escape?” the mare could not stop herself from jumping to this desperate straw of an ideal as the only hope she had of protecting herself and her family from what was being done to them.

The man smiled as he responded to the mare’s questioning look, still in the low conspiratorial voice, “Yes, we will help you be the best ponies you can be!”

The man laughed as the mare made grunting sounds and tried to struggle to get free in its anger at being tricked by the man and its own frantic naïveté .

The man in front of the mare looked over to his associate and saw a thumbs up sign. Looking back to the mare he said, “Okay little pony, it’s time. This is going to hurt, but since you so want to be a good little pony you will not mind a little pain will you? Yes, I can see how desperate you are to have a brand on your shoulder to let everyone know you are a good little pony.”

Right now under the IPRA you are just a wild little mustang who has been captured. Technically, if you could get away from us, then you will still be a wild animal. You don’t want to be a wild animal do you?” The man shook his head no answering for the mare and continued, “No-o-o-o, you want to be a good little pony. So the first thing we have to do to help you be a good little pony is to brand you so that everyone will know that you are no longer a bad old ‘wild pony’ without an owner, but that you are now a properly and legally owned domesticated pony. That is what you want? You want to be a good little pony, right?”

The mare tried to shake its head “No,” but the harness and bit prevented it from moving its head. The mare tried to cry out, but the bit kept its cries to meaningless garble.

The man in front of the mare smiled at it as he again stroked it on its nose like a horse and said, “Wow! You really are excited to get your brand so that everyone will know what a good pony you are.”

The mare tried desperately to say, “No! I don’t want to be branded! I don’t want to be a good pony! I don’t want to be a pony! Let me and my family go!”

The man smiled at the mare’s struggles and said, “I know! I know! You are excited to be the best pony you can be, but you have to calm down now or you will hurt yourself.” The man continued to stroke the mare’s muzzle, “That’s a good pony!”

Why doesn’t he understand?” The mare wailed in her mind, “I DON’T WANT TO BE A PONY!”

The man watched the tears running down the mare’s face as its pointless struggles to free itself ended with a groan of despair. The man reached out with a finger and touching one of the pony’s tear drops to the tip of his tongue and smiled at the immobilized and shaken pony.

I love the taste of the tears of ‘joy’ you wild ponies cry as you are waiting to become happy little ponies.”

The mare looked pleadingly at the man and saw him nod to the other man.

The man looked back to the mare and smiled, “Okay my little wild pony, it’s time to become a good little pony.”

The mare heard a buzzing sound, just as she had heard when her youngest daughter had been marked and seeing the smile on the man’s face the mare fully understood that the man did understand that she did not want to be a ponygirl, but he did not care.

As the mare felt the first burning lance of pain in her shoulder she understood that her hopes or wants or desires would no longer matter. Her branding had begun.

The mare tried to struggle against the branding, but harnessed as she was, there was nothing she could do to either free herself or interfere with the branding process. As the mare exhausted itself, it finally stopped struggling and looked across to the stud.

The stud watched in helpless fury as its wife was branded. A female operator walked over to the stud and stood in front of the stud, but did not block its view of what was happening to the mare. The female operator stroked the side of stud’s face so as not to interfere with its view of the mare being branded.

The female attendant said to the stud, “That’s okay big stud.” The woman smiled at the stud, “I know how excited you are to be a good pony and that you cannot wait to get your brand too! But you have to be patient and wait your turn.” Lifting the stud’s still unmarked upper lip, the woman continued, “Don’t worry, soon you to will have a pretty brand to let everyone know what a good pony you are.”

The woman continued to stroke the stud’s face as the white skinned mare’s brand was finished and then as the device was placed over the mare’s head and face to tattoo the mare’s registration number to the inside of its upper lip.

As the laser brander was removed from the mare’s shoulder and as the salve was rubbed onto the brand, the stud could see that its wife now had the same mark as its youngest daughter had on her shoulder. The stud tried to cry out in frustration as a bandage was placed over the brand to protect it, but the drug paralyzing the stud prevented this as effectively as it prevented it from struggling. The stud had to watch in helpless silence as its family was branded one by one.

What neither the stud nor the mares knew was that as the man was rubbing the healing salve onto the brands, he was also cutting a small incision in the ponies’ skin and slipping a small tracking chip into the ponies’ bodies. Due to the pain from the branding process, the ponies did not even feel the incision as they was marked electronically as well as physically. A small application of super-glue sealed the incisions so that the ponies would heal and never even be aware that they had been electronically tagged.

With the brand and the electronic tracker in place there was no hope of escape for the mare. If the mare should somehow escape or become lost, the brand would be recognized by officials around the world and mare would be taken into custody where the registration number would ensure that the pony was returned to its owner.

The electronic chip meant that if the mare were lost or stolen, it could be tracked worldwide via the many satellites that the International Pony Registration System had access to to track the ponygirls and ponyboys in its system, no matter where in the world it was shipped or fled to.

The electronic tracking system was one of the closest guarded secrets of the International Pony Registration System. The system’s operators did not want it to be common knowledge that their ponies were effectively ‘LoJacked’. Because if it became common knowledge, then thieves would take steps to remove the trackers and the system would fail.

After the white skinned mare was branded, the last young filly took its place and was marked and registered like its sister and dam. When all of the mares had been branded, it was the stud’s turn to be marked and registered in front of its wife and daughters.

And thus the entire Taylor family became the legal property of PONYINATOR, INC.

~ ~ ~ ~ ~

After all of the ponies had been branded and registered into the International Pony Registration System, they were wheeled into another room, where the hair on their gentiles was to be removed. The attendants rolling the ponies along on the mobile frames explained to the operators in the new room that the mares still needed to be prepped to be decorations for the party that night and therefore this was to be a quick treatment and that the rest of the ponies’ body hair would have to be removed at a future date when there was more time.

The two dark skinned mares thrashed around as a laser burned their hair follicles away, but the young mares’ struggles were wasted energy as there was nothing they could do to avoid the laser. The attendant commented on how the dark skinned ponies would receive additional laser treatments to ensure that they would never grow hair there again.

The stud was still under the influence of the paralyzing drug and he had to lay there motionless and helpless as the laser burned the hair off his scrotum and scrotal sack and the rest of his genital area.

Because of her light colored hair, the white skinned mare was shaved for her use as a decoration for the evening. Later she would have her hair removed via traditional electrolysis.

Throughout the in-processing, the male and female operators frequently fondled the mares and stud in both innocent and sexually ways. The touching was part of the process of getting the animals used to being handled. The touching, fondling and petting also taught the animals that they were completely at the mercy of the people around them and that there was nothing they could do to stop them.

The mares’ breasts and nipples were prime targets for the fondling and petting, but the attendants consistently referred to them as udders and teats to begin to condition the mares into thinking of the their breasts and nipples as udders and teats.

The operators frequently referred to the ponies as animals or ponies and they discussed the ponies and their bodies openly and in detail using horse terms to describe them. So after several hours of being stroked on their noses, which was consistently referred to as a muzzle, the ponies began to think of their noses as muzzles.

All of these steps to dehumanize the ponies was part of an overall plan to break, train and condition the feral ponies as quickly as possible so that they could become productive members of the new society they were now the lowest part of.

~ ~ ~ ~ ~

In reality, the operators did not need to discuss what they were doing in front of the ponies at all, they had all been at PONYINATOR, INC. for years and knew the process forward and backwards. The operators were using a free flowing script that had been prepared for use with feral ponies.

Feral pony” was a technical term used at PONYINATOR, INC. It was specifically applied to ponies brought to The Farm at PONYINATOR, INC. by means other than through the use of the PONYINATOR system.

The script was designed to introduce a feral pony into its new life by describing what was being done to it and why. The script was tailored to ensure that a feral pony quickly understood its new position in life as a “legal animal” by international law and that it had been completely stripped of its former life as a human and that it no longer had any control over its life or what was being done to it or would be done to it.

The script was also intended to break the spirit of the feral pony as it forced the pony to accept that there was no hope for escape or rescue anywhere in the world since the International Pony Registration Act, or IPRA, had been secretly approved by the leaders of nearly every nation in the world. This included all of the nations that had abolished slavery as well.

Under IPRA, a person captured by an International Pony Registration Systems (IPRS) approved pony training facility, was classified as a “wild pony” and remained so until they were officially branded and registered into the IPRS. A wild pony could retain its human status either by escaping or being freed prior to being branded.

However, once a person or a “wild pony” was branded they ceased being a human and at that point they legally and permanently became an animal and the property of the IPRS approved training facility that branded them. Therefore it was at the point where the pony was branded that it officially and legally became a piece of livestock and this status as a piece of property would be recognized worldwide.

The operators’ discussions of the International Pony Registration System made it clear to a feral pony that it was now the smallest cog in a large and international organization. As the feral pony listened to the breadth and scope of The International Pony Registration System it became clear to the pony that this organization was strong and well-connected both financially and politically around the world.

The script also emphasized that the organization was efficient at tracking the ponies in the system so that there was no hope for escape or rescue for the pony no matter where it was in the world. The attendants made it clear to the feral pony that once it was branded officials all over the world would return the pony to its owner, no questions asked.

Since the pony being processed could do nothing but endure the treatments it was receiving and listen to the script being played out in front of it, it was doubly affected by both. The treatments reinforced the pony’s sense of helplessness and hopelessness described in the script and the script made the treatments the pony was receiving more meaningful and significant to the pony.

The script was part of the larger process of getting the feral pony to accept and think of itself as an animal.

A significant part of the script was not directed towards the feral pony even though it concerned the pony directly. The script frequently laid out and explained what was happening to the feral pony and attendants would discuss the pony or what was being done to the pony in the pony’s presence. The attendants would conduct these discussions about the pony in clear and explicit detail without acknowledging the pony’s presence and as if the pony could not understand their conversation.

A more free flowing adjunct to the actual script was the attendants’ use of the condescending and insulting baby talk tone when talking directly to the feral pony. The attendants were to treat the feral pony as an animal and talk to the pony as if it did not understand them at all. Of course the attendants would not wait for any answers from the feral pony or even act as if they expected an answer. After all animals cannot answer questions.

There was also a non-verbal component of the script which was the frequent fondling and petting of the feral ponies. The touching was part of the process of getting the animals used to being handled, but at this point it was more important as a way to train the pony to think of itself as an animal and of its body as being the body of an animal.

Everything that happened to a feral pony was designed to facilitate its progress towards becoming a trained and obedient pony as quickly as possible.

Of course this process and script were not necessary for the ponies coming through the normal PONYINATOR process, by the time those ponies arrived at The Farm they were already conditioned and trained ponies who would not have understood the script in the first place.

~ ~ ~ ~ ~

Since the three new mares had to be prepared for the evening’s entertainment, the ponies were receiving a rushed and incomplete preparation job and that meant that most of the medical procedures the ponies would receive had to wait until there was more time. The one procedure that had been performed on each of the ponies was that each of the ponies now supported a permanently mounted butt-ring and plug in their anus. As animals the ponies would learn quickly that they no longer controlled any part of their lives, even their bodily functions.

After the butt-rings were fitted, the ponies received their first enemas. The attendants had rolled the ponies into a cleaning room and filled them with a cleansing solution until their bellies were swollen. The butt-rings were closed and the ponies were left hanging in the cleaning room for half an hour for the cleaning solution to do its job of ensuring the ponies were fully cleaned out.

The enemas were not just to clean out the ponies, they were being done to rehydrate the ponies after their long day of transformation. The mares would definitely need to be hydrated before their stint as decorations for the party.

As the water from the enemas seeped through the ponies’ intestines, it carried a series of drugs and minerals into the ponies’ blood streams. Much of the ponies’ future medications and nutrimental supplements would be delivered either through their feed or through the daily enemas they would be receiving.

Even though they were left alone, none of the mares tried to speak during this time. Their earlier attempts to communicate with the attendants and each other had resulted in a light switching and none of them was interested in a repeat performance.

After the half hour, the attendants returned and the butt-rings were opened so that the water and waste drained out of the ponies onto the floor. The attendants joked between themselves about, which pony had had the most waste in it as they messaged the ponies’ bellies to ensure they were emptied out.

The attendants sprayed the ponies down with cold water and using brushes dipped in buckets filled with soapy water, the attendants briskly cleaned the four ponies. The attendants took extra precautions to ensure that the butt-rings were completely cleaned and more water was sprayed into each pony’s rectums through the rings to ensure they had been cleared out. When the attendants were finished cleaning the ponies, the butt rings were again closed and the ponies were dried off.

The mares’ hair was brushed and dried as fresh salve and bandages were placed over the brands.

Once the ponies were clean, they were wheeled into the stable proper and into a white painted stall to wait the convenience of their new masters.
