Back in the fifties and sixties, one of the most successful series of ads dominated women's magazines. Maidenform Bra's "I Dreamed . . ." was so popular that it is still analyzed by psychologists and marketers today. What if they brought it back, but this time with a more daring theme, say "I Dreamed I Was a Pony Girl in My Maidenform Bra." Just think of the possibilities:

*A show pony in a high-impact sports bra prancing to the master's whip ("I Dreamed I Danced-- TO MY MASTER'S WHIP-- In My Maidenform Bra. I didn't have the support of feminists, but I DID have the support of my new exercise bra.").

*A pony girl lying in her stall in the stable, wearing a leisure bra and full pony gear ("I Dreamed I Was Penned Up Like a Common Beast of Burden (etc). . . My breasts were the only part of me that needed freedom of movement.").

*A pony girl being milked with a breast pump while wearing a nursing bra ("I Dreamed I Was Pumped Dry . . . An easy-open nursing bra that is udder comfort.").

*A harness racer in an open-cup bra (padding is cheating, you know) crossing the finish line ("I Dreamed I Won the Triple Crown . . . Do they (ha ha) make jockey shorts?").

*A pony girl in a frilly lace bra seen bent over a sawhorse as she is being taken from behind by a pony boy ("I Dreamed I Was the Favorite Breeding Mare . . . I was ravishing-- and ravished-- in my pink flowered brassiere.").

*A pony girl pulling a cart while wearing a push-up bra ("I Dreamed I Held My Head-- And Breasts-- High as I Cantered Down the Country Lane. The Amish man said 'Nice carriage.' Did he mean the sulky-- or my perky breasts?").

*Two pony girls wearing long-line bras while yoked to a plow in the fields ("I Dreamed I Plowed the Back Forty . . . A girl must look good, even while working up a sweat.").

*A pony girl being trained outside on a lunging post in the winter while wearing an all-in-one undergarment ("I Dreamed I Was an All-Weather Pony . . . My nipples were still perky from the chill, but a girl has to make sacrifices.").

*A pony girl standing at attention at a hitching post in the hot sun while wearing a wasp-waisted overbust corset, her ass striped with whip marks ("I Dreamed I Got What I Deserved . . . Discipline should be waisted, not wasted.").

*Pony girls in leather or rubber bras with matching pony hoods being paraded through crowds ("I Dreamed I Was Nothing More Than a Fetish Toy . . . Master's desires and my suffering were more important than my comfort or unfashionable bare body.").

As controversial as they would be, I think they would be very successful and popular. In fact, just think if some female celebrities decided to participate . . .
